Use this page to request deletion of Storixa data, including data connected through Meta products such as Facebook or Instagram.

Request deletion from Storixa
To submit a data deletion request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Storixa data deletion request".
Include the email address or phone number used for your Storixa account and, if the request relates to Meta, the Facebook page, Instagram account, business account, or app connection you want removed.
Disconnect Meta access
You can also remove Storixa from your Meta account by opening Facebook settings, going to Apps and Websites, finding Storixa, and removing access. This stops future access from that Meta connection.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, integration tokens, connected channel identifiers, and other personal information that Storixa no longer needs to provide the service.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or transaction-integrity reasons.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or legally restricted, we will contact you with the current status and any additional information needed.
