Storixa provides a commerce platform for merchants, wholesalers, affiliates, customers, and administrators. In this policy, "Storixa", "we", "us", and "our" mean the Storixa product and services operated for Storixa users.

We may collect account details, contact information, business profile information, store setup details, product and catalog content, order and customer records, payment and billing status, support messages, device information, log data, and usage analytics.

When a user connects Meta products such as Facebook or Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, or other third-party channels, we may receive identifiers, page or channel details, message or commerce metadata, permissions, and access tokens needed to provide the connected feature.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide dashboards and storefronts, process commerce workflows, manage customer and supplier relationships, support affiliate tracking, connect messaging and marketing channels, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and communicate service updates.

We share information with service providers and integration partners only as needed to operate Storixa features, such as hosting, analytics, payments, messaging, courier, security, and customer support. We may also share information when required by law, to protect users, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Connected Meta or other third-party integrations can also be disconnected from the relevant third-party account settings.
